USA Tourist Visa

The B-2 visitor visa covers holidays, visits to family and friends, and short medical or leisure travel to the United States. NELA VISA builds the file, checks the DS-160 and prepares you for the consular interview.

Eligibility and travel purpose

A B-2 decision turns on two things: whether your trip is genuinely temporary, and whether your life in Türkiye gives you a reason to come back. We go through your travel history, employment, family and finances first and tell you honestly where the file stands before anything is filed.

Document file and DS-160

We assemble the supporting evidence into one consistent story — funds and where they came from, your job or business, your itinerary, and who you are visiting — then review the DS-160 line by line, because a contradiction between the form and the documents is one of the most common reasons a B-2 goes wrong.

Interview preparation

The consular interview is short and decided quickly, so we rehearse it: the questions officers actually ask, how to describe your travel purpose in a sentence, what to carry with you and what not to volunteer. You go in knowing your own file.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Questions We Are Asked Most

How long can I stay in the USA on a tourist visa?

The visa itself sets how long you may travel to the border, not how long you may stay. The officer at entry grants the period of admission and records it on your I-94 — commonly up to six months for B-2, but it is their decision, not ours and not the consulate's.

Can I apply for a B-2 visa if I have been refused before?

Yes. There is no waiting period imposed by a refusal. What matters is that something in the file has genuinely changed — we start from the refusal itself, identify what was unconvincing, and rebuild around it rather than resubmitting the same application.

Do you guarantee the tourist visa will be approved?

No, and nobody honestly can — the consular officer decides. Our work is to remove the avoidable reasons for refusal: gaps in the evidence, an unclear purpose of travel, and inconsistencies between the DS-160 and the documents.
